About
Neil V has been on the Fallout Shelter bill for 3 nights since September 2023. Their first Fallout night was September 14, 2023 at 734 Brewing.
They've shared the bill most often with SLWPK, Mike D the Science G and Morgan.
Their sound is described as Detroit techno, hard techno, minimal and melodic techno.
Neil V is a Detroit techno DJ on the Detroit Techno Militia's Home Team. They were one of the five DJs in the DTM 5x5, the first techno group to put five DJs on five analog turntables.
Neil V's Amsterdam Dance Event bio says Neil V came up in Detroit's hard techno scene before moving toward a driving, minimal and melodic sound, and is known for tight, quick mixing. The same bio says Neil V has shared bills with Kevin Saunderson, Adam Beyer, Robert Hood and Marco Carola.
Resident Advisor calls Neil V one of the rising next-wave talents of Detroit techno. Neil V and T. Linder were billed for a fully improvised DTM 2x4 set, two DJs on four decks and two mixers, at a Detroit Techno Militia party that was called off because of a winter storm.
