Loamsy

About

Loamsy has been on the Fallout Shelter bill for 7 nights since May 2022, 3 of them documented by photos, recordings or posts. Their first Fallout night was May 19, 2022 at 734 Brewing. Counting Krystal Palace and related nights, that's 8 nights on record.

They've shared the bill most often with Ownsey, The Silent Ech0 and Prophet Ecks.

Their nights include Fallout Shelter 12-22-2022.

Their sound is described as low-key after-club electronic and dance music.

Loamsy is a co-founder of Immaculate Conception, a Washtenaw County dance music crew. They recorded Exposure Mix 030 for the Michigan Electronic Music Collective (MEMCO), which Pulp called low-key and chill with an after-club vibe.

Loamsy's Mixcloud includes a set at Northern Lights Lounge for THE HEATER: Tony Nova & Friends and a b2b with Jack Withers at York. Loamsy also releases original music on SoundCloud and is based between Ann Arbor and Detroit.

Immaculate Conception, the crew Loamsy co-founded, grew out of the University of Michigan's Michigan Electronic Music Collective (MEMCO) and teaches people to make and DJ music. Immaculate Conception runs the Fruits of Our Labor mix series, which promotes up-and-coming DJs, especially women and gender-nonconforming artists.
